Knight Jarecki was born 2002 in Santa Clarita, CA and resides in Frazier Park, CA Knight is currently a writer of College Football, College Basketball, NFL, and NBA for Hot Shots.   Knight attended Bakersfield Christian High School from 2016-2020. He plans to study Journalism at the University of Oregon in fall 2020. Knight joined the broadcasting staff of the Eagles Daily News during his freshman year and immediately landed the job as Sports Anchor. His duties also included filming football games and editing the highlights for playback during newscasts. During his freshman year, he became the Scoreboard Operator for baseball games and handled backup Public Address Announcer duties during games. Additionally, as a Producer/Director he filmed and edited a number of news stories for the school's online newscast. During his sophomore year, along with his Sports Anchor duties, he helped to establish the school's first "Live Sports" streaming program. In the first 2 years of the program, he handled the Play-by-Play Announcer duties for over 50 live events, including football, boys and girls water polo, boys and girls basketball, boys baseball, and girls soccer. He has also increased his role as backup Public Address Announcer for other school events as well. Knight is now a senior and continues as the Play-by-Play Announcer for the high school. He is also the Studio Host of a weekly "Gameday" live show with College and Pro analysis and predictions. Also during his senior year he began taking photo’s and writing articles for the school’s online newspaper The Eagle Post while continuing his play by play career.
